Kelly’s varied experience as an attorney in private practice for over 27 years, has given her the skills to help clients with all aspects of employment law.  She has a pragmatic approach to legal and business issues to help clients with complicated employee situations to help them succeed with their mission.

Kelly’s professional experience includes drafting employee handbooks and employment law policies to assure legal compliance and business success.  She has detailed knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of 1964 Civil Rights Act, National Labor Relations Act, I-9 and related state laws.  She has served as an arbitrator and investigator and has also litigated on employment law cases.  Kelly is available to lead training on employment law issues including but not limited to, Civility in the Workplace, FMLA, ADA, employment documentation, NLRB issues, etc.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling any chance possible, snow skiing, bike riding, reading, volunteering and spending time with her husband and four children.
